  • This is a great bank! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I've only been using this branch for approximately 6 months. They only see me once a month and yet they recognize me, remember things about me and visit with me about my life. I don't feel like just another customer! :o)

    Online banking is complete garbage I have been trying to enroll for a week and it keeps having "unexpected errors" Not to mention when I got my account set up the banker was practically braindead and took 2 hours just to set up a simple savings account and debit card. Only reason why I stick around is because there is an atm near where I live. I would only recommend key bank to someone with a godly level of patience.

    I came in Wednesday August 30, 2017 @ 3pm to schedule an appointment to close my safety deposit box. I've scheduled my appointment for August 31, 2017 @ 1pm. They sent me a text message for a reminder and they've also printed out an appointment confirmation for me. I got here 10 minutes early and I am sitting in the waiting area as I'm writing this review. It is now 1:20pm. Baijinder Dhunna, the branch manager walked right past me after I told him when my appointment was. He then helped another customer that had be waiting before I arrived. Why make me schedule an appointment if you're going to make me wait this long? Edit: 1:30pm: Dora Leidinger, relationship manager came up to me and asked if I had an appointment. I told her that I had an appointment at 1. She quickly replied that my appointment was at 2. We walked to her desk and she went on her computer to confirm when my appointment was. She was wrong. It was at 1. Apparently, she was supposed to the manager I had scheduled an appointment for. Bottom line, this branch does not care about you. I only needed 5 minutes to close my safety deposit box. 5 minutes. They are EXTREMELY unorganized and lazy. Stay away. If you use BOA, use a different branch.
